Peanut Butter Cookies by John Fisher

Serves: 12

½ cup natural peanut butter  
1/3 cup Zsweet®
1 egg
½ tsp real vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients together. Grease a cookie sheet well, 
or use parchment paper, roll into a walnut-sized ball, about 1
tablespoon of cookie dough for each cookie. Leave about an inch and a half between each cookie. Don't press down on the cookies. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes. 

You will be amazed, no flour and they taste great!

Variations: add a little cinnamon, or nutmeg.
