Almond Orange Zest Cream (on gingersnaps)

2 1/2 tablespoons Zsweet® 
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon orange zest
6 ginger snaps
1 tablespoon sliced almonds

1) In a food processor bowl combine Zsweet®, almond extract, 
mascarpone cheese and orange zest. 
2) Cover and blend or process until smooth. 
3) Cover and refrigerate until chilled. 
4) To serve, pipe or spoon mixture onto ginger snaps. 
5) Garnish with sliced almonds.
