2. Returns without an authorization number cannot be accepted so please be sure to call for the return authorization number.

3. Write your return authorization number on your purchase receipt.

4. Mail receipt with product back to ZSweet ® al natural via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages.

5. Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
