Ingredients:
Serving Size: one piece
2 1/2 tablespoons ZSweet® natural sugar substitute
½ teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon orange zest
6 each ginger snaps
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions:
1) In a food processor bowl combine ZSweet ®, almond extract,
mascarpone cheese and orange zest.
2) Cover and blend or process until smooth.
3) Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4) To serve, pipe or spoon mixture onto ginger snaps.
5) Garnish with sliced almonds.
