Ingredients:
Serving Size: 2 slices
1/2 teaspoons ZSweet ® all natural
1 extra large egg
½ teaspoon real vanilla extract
1 teaspoon milk
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 slices whole wheat bread fresh seasonal fruit
Instructions:
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine ZSweet ® sweetener, egg, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
2) Soak bread one slice at a time until saturated with liquid.
3) Cook on a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium/high heat until lightly browned, approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
4) Serve hot.
5) Top with fresh fruit if desired
