1 teaspoon Zsweet ® natural sweetener
8 ounces carrots
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon parsley
1) Wash, peel, and cut carrots into medium slices. Cook in boiling water until tender, draining afterward. Heat up a skillet with butter, then add carrots and cook until slightly brown and glazed. Add Zsweet® to taste. Serve and garnish with parsley.
