3 cups Greek yogurt
3/4 cup granulated Zsweet®
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, Zsweet® and vanilla or lemon zest, until Zsweet® is dissolved. Chill for at least one hour. Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
