1/2 teaspoons granulated Zsweet®
1 extra large egg
1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
1 teaspoon milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup of fresh seasonal fruit
In a large mixing bowl, combine Zsweet® granulated, egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Soak bread one slice at a time until saturated with liquid.
Cook on a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until lightly browned, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Serve hot; top with fresh seasonal fruit if desired.
