Yes, Zsweet® granulated is a great substitute for sugar when baking or cooking. However, because results may vary, we recommend trying the pre-tested 100% sugar-free recipes provided on this site. For great results every time, powder Zsweet® in a food processor or use Zsweet® as a 50% replacement for sugar.
